Designed with production in mind, We Are Here features high ceilings, natural light, overhead grid for lights and decor, seating, a full plug-and-play sound system, configurable stage, freight elevator and off-street loading dock.

The Pineapple Room
Step into a whimsical time capsule that combines the sleek and sophisticated interiors of Mad Men with the lush tropical aesthetic of The White Lotus (season 1). This Mid-century Modern room is a symphony of retro elegance and nostalgic charm.
Whether it’s open to the Main Area or completely enclosed, The Pineapple Room can be used for filming or as a cozy breakout space for your client, talent, or video village or production.

Williamsburg
The Artist Parlour
A speakeasy-style artist parlour tucked away in Williamsburg. This boutique space features carefully chosen vintage decor and curious details, hinting of veiled secrets, unsolved mysteries and forbidden romance.

This studio has NO windows! ...But the photo shows a large windowed balcony?! It's a light box built into the wall for photo shoots. It looks and feels like sunlight streaming through the doors when it's on, but it's an illusion. Regardless of the actual time of day, the light in the room is controllable, from bright daylight to a subdued evening glow.

Nothing may be moved outside of the space or stored in the hallway.

We do not have elevator access, but it's just one floor down. To make things a bit easier, we allow a grace period of 10min before and after your booking to load in/out.
