This location is speakeasy-style and naturally a little hard to find. We are located in on N 3rd between Kent and Wythe and every store on our block has the same address!
If you have any issues finding the space or will be arriving late, please call your onsite studio representative. Their contact details will be provided upon confirmation.
Please do not share exact address info with anyone other than your crew.
We’ve tried to answer all of your questions below, but let us know if there’s any further information you need. You can message us on the same place you’ve booked us, or reach us by phone at (917) 525-3752 (call, text or whatsapp)

Bad! Williamsburg has heavy traffic almost every time of day. Please take this into consideration when you are planning your journey.
-
The clock doesn’t stop until your entire group is out of the studio. If our schedule allows, we may have a 10min grace period after your booking to break down / clean up. If you require additional time after that, we will add it to your booking. Our OT rate is 1.5x your hourly rate. If your shoot goes beyond 10pm for any reason, the rate is 2x. If you booked on a listing website, the total will be higher as the platforms add a processing fee.
Please do not assume overtime is available! If you think you’ll need more time than planned, check with Studio Manager Ellis for the day’s schedule.

We have hosted several successful interviews and audio filming. But it’s important to know that this studio is not a sound stage.
Any sound from the hallways outside the studio and neighboring studios may be picked up on sensitive audio equipment. While normally the studio is pretty quiet, we cannot guarantee our neighbors will be. Possible sounds include voices, intermittent freight elevator, building entry, low music. Bookings with audio recording are made at your own risk and we cannot be liable for any time lost due to auditory disruptions.
-
The studio will be cleaned before you arrive. Our cleaning fee covers supplies, setup time and normal housekeeping after your shoot (sanitizing, sweeping, and taking out bagged trash). If mess is excessive (e.g. wax, spills on fabric pieces, excessive unbagged trash) we will charge an additional fee.

The Cosmic Toilet
Step into our "Brooklyn Cool" bathroom experience, 100 paces down the hall from the studio. While it is a shared space, we’ve put our signature touch on it—with a sparkling disco ball and funky, custom lighting designed to make it anything but ordinary! As well as a fully functional bathroom, think of it as your mini pop-up set, perfect for capturing quirky, offbeat bathroom shots. Clean, stocked with the essentials, and ready for its close-up, this is more “underground speakeasy vibe” than your average restroom break.
